Suntime Precision Mould started from mold making service by providing molds including Over mold, insert mold, auto unscrewing mold, Thin-wall mold, high temperature mold, die cast mold, multi-cavity mold, 2K mold and so on. If customers don’t have drawings, we can scan the samples and make parts drawings for tooling needs. From scan part design, prototyping, tooling, molding to assembly, Suntime can provide one stop solution for customers’ benefits.
Our annual tooling capacity is 200 sets small to medium size molds. With full equipments of mold making and injection molding machines, Suntime can meet customers requirements from design, tooling, molding and parts assembly. We are ISO 9001 certificated and have our own patent for mold making skill. With much accumulated years’ experience, we understand how to meet customers’ requests and special needs. Quality is always a company’s life, Suntime has strict QC inspection working procedure both for mold making and injection molding. We have good Precision Inspection equipments like Hexagon CMM and projector and experienced workers who can make sure every steps are in good quality control and have perfect inspection before shipping. Suntime has good management for each step from workers training, material incoming inspection& management for steel, resin, copper, heat treatment, texture, packing material ect, and organized warehouse management, effective production management, engineering management, quality assurance process including IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC, packing management to after service management. These makes good quality and service.
All of our designers and engineers have more than 5~10 years experience, when they were trained before starting to work on any projects, they were told to be high responsible, flexible and patient. Customer is God.

Yes, we are a real mould manufacturing and plastic injection molding factory. We can provide a registration image for reference and any other information you want if needed. Meanwhile, you can visit us anytime, even no appointments.
We have more than ten years exporting experience to global market ,exported plastic injection mould, die cast mould, die casting parts, plastic injection molded products and CNC machining components etc,.
For mold manufacturing, we have CNC, EDM, Grinding machines, milling machines, drilling machines, etc,. For custom plastic molding, we have 4 injection machines from 90 ton to 400 ton. For quality inspection, we have hexagon CMM, Projector, hardness tester, height gauge, vernier caliper and so on.
Our main business is for plastic injection mold making, die cast mold making, plastic injection molding, die casting (Aluminum), precision machining and rapid prototyping. We also provide value-added products including silicon parts, metal stamping parts, extrusion parts and stainless machines parts and so on.

For die casting, the aluminum material is A380.
For plastic injection molding, resin includes PEEK, PPSU,ABS, , PC, PC+ABS, PMMA, PP, HIPS, PE(HDPE,MDPE,LDPE). PA12, PA66, PA66+Glass fiber,TPE,TPR,TPU, PPSU, LCP, POM, PVDF, PET, PBT…
We usually do Exwork and FOB shenzhen. But if customers require DAP, we also can do it.
